The Tom Quilty Gold Cup is the National Championship event in Australian Endurance riding. Every year, a different state takes on the task of hosting the event and accommodates riders from across the country and the world.

The competition is a 160km (100 mile) event that is achieved in 24 hours. The first Middleweight or Heavyweight entrant to successfully complete receives the coveted Tom Quilty Gold Cup and goes down in history as a champion combination.
